It makes sense- on the day before my first kettlebell training session, I don’t really know what I’m getting myself into, so I’m excited and nervous. Here I am, live and in living color, with my babybell and my sister’s real life kettlebell!
Enjoy the video blog:

Hey Angela,
How exciting!!!!
I have a 4 kilo that I use with my kettlebell newbies! It’s so awesome to see them look back and realize they used to use it…you will move up sooner than you expect!
Keep inspiring people! You’re doing it more than you realize!
Yours in Health,
Sarah
First of all, you are so talented and easy to listen to. You are going to inspire many people with your journey towards better health.
Congratulations on taking this big step and I look forward to watching your progression. I love how you use the kiddies to promote your mission, moms everywhere will want to follow suit.
YOU ROCK!

Congrats on taking the first step! I can’t wait to view your progress and cheer you on.
Guess your shoes were preserved by inactivity. You think the fact that your shoes have rested means they need more rest. Maybe you should give your shoes a head up. Good luck with the kettle bell.
this was the workout I was talking about

check out the workout. but don’t try it at home
Awesome starting out, lose the shoes when training with a KB. Heck lose the shoes entirely if you can. You need to rediscover how your feet work.
Also hit up the CrossFit website videos about kettlebells, you will see quite a good information from Jeff Martone, one of the best.
Here are some foot drills, that if done every day will make you realize shoes hurt us more than help us.

Can’t wait to hear more on Twitter!
Can’t agree with George more. Either do your kettlebell barefoot or wear “shoes that aren’t shoes” like Chuck Taylors (These are what I wear). The flat shoes allow you stay back on your heels which is crucial for proper kb exercise.
George is also right that Jeff Martone’s stuff is great also.
Hey Angela,
COOL!!! Congrats on taking this step to living the life you deserve. This is so exciting…have fun!
You have inspired me. Thank you.

not sure how the kettle ball works but it seems heavy and maybe to be made of metal? if so either be very careful or wear steel toe boots when throwing that thing around.
Go Ange! Can’t wait to hear how your first session went…today

That’s awesome!!! Work those kettlebells, and they’ll work you. =) You have got to love these things. Such a simple piece of equipment, but possibly the most versatile of them all.
