Ham and Cheesy

I pulled my hamstring, y’all. That’s what I get for working out on an incline, and not doing it correctly. Please don’t take any of these videos to be instructional, since I’m just learning myself!

I’m going to call it a night, but before I go, I wanted to share a quick video of me and my day in the gym. Due to my hurt hammy, we worked on more static movements, especially working the core. We did a “rocket” that felt like cross-country skiing, and then we got on the floor and did presses and various ab work.

For some reason, I definitely had the giggles! Enjoy this little clip:
