I knew something good was happening when I put on what used to be my favorite pair of jeans, and there was so much room in the butt area, I looked like a badly-dressed senior citizen.
To summarize: I had a good week. Take a look at my stats!
It’s fun to see that I’m finally losing in my “hips” area. I say “hips” in quotations, because really, that measurement includes my stomach and derriere (aka, belly and butt).
What did I do differently? This week I managed to eat out less, eat only a few “treats” and ate food with a higher fiber content than usual. We put “ab” workouts into every set, and I managed four workouts this past week.
Other than that? I guess I’ve been a little more chipper and optimistic.
