Oops! I forgot to mention that the second clip was a 5-minute challenge- clean and press with two 8kgs for five total minutes (aka the long cycle). That’s why we were concentrating on the “rack” position- to learn how to properly rest.
You know, 5 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot, but hey, when you’re pushing 35 pounds, yah, it hurts.
