I deadlifted 106 pounds!

I’m so excited! I usually post my workouts here chronologically, but I wanted to share this brief clip of me deadlifting a 106 pounds:

    Nice work.
    Unsolicited tip-that little extra dip at the bottom where your arms bend is not necessary or productive. Work on “squeezing” it off the ground and you’ll have better tension.

    I think you could swing it right now.
