Aloha e Angela,

It was nice to meet you this past Wednesday when I picked up my kettlebell. I really didn't recognize you because your pictures/videos don't do your weight loss justice.

Your progress is very motivational. I've come to the point (many times previously actually, but more recently in the past month or so) in my fat loss/lose weight/dieting career where my (failed) attempts are getting pretty tiresome. In fact, I just read a journal entry dated nearly 4 years ago that spews the same `ol, same `ol diet-related stuff that I currently journal about.

So, it is soo-oo time for me to give up the diet ghost and to just get on with matching my intentions with my actions as you have done.

Good luck and great hard work to both of us in our quest to live a lean and healthy life.

A hui hou,
Sharmaine

That is some *seriously awesome* progress - good for you!

It shows how effective KB's can be, and just how dedicated you really are.

Keep it up - you will get to where you want to be, and more!
