		<description>Great stuff going on for you!!  I got the hat and pen you sent.  What a beautiful hat it is.  i wear it proudly!!  It is definitely my fav both for how it works and because of what kettletell represents.   So, if i want to do kettlebell regularly, how often and how much time should i plan?</description>
