I discovered you on YouTube because I was searching for people who have been on Isagenix and looking for what kind of results that have had.

I was on Isagenix for awhile and it worked for me. Geez. Don&#039;t know why I quit! Alot of mind junk going on with me. Going to go back on when I get it in the mail. I&#039;m looking forward to the process and plan on Vlogging it.

Girlfriend, I spent the whole summer plateaued at 196, then I learned I wasn&#039;t eating enough good protein and too many bad carbs. While I thought I was building muscle with my workouts, actually I was cannabalizing what muscle I had because of the fuel my body needed and wasn&#039;t getting from my diet. I am now eating 100 grams (400 cal) of protein a day (plus fat and good carbs)! Huge difference- better musle, and I feel much better. And I think you can do this and live happily ever after with a pastry chef. You can do it!</description>

I know first hand what the expectations that society puts on women have on us individually. To be good mothers, excell in a career away from our loved ones, and just grasping the &#039;I am woman&#039; label. I puts an incredibly amount of stress on us and we may not even see it until it is too late.
In my case, the last few years of &#039;living the dream&#039; were actually spent stuggling day to day with fatigue ( and lots of other symptoms I was ignoring.) Thank goodness my Dr. had the good sense to test my thyroid. My road back to recovery lead me to a new way of eating (Primal Blueprint and Prograde vitamins) and my lovely kettlebells. I can finally say &quot;Success!&quot; I believe that when I reach 50 years old this fall I will feel ready to live the next 50 to the fullest.
For you youngun&#039;, you&#039;ve got a full plate of responsibilities right now, work, mommy, friend, blogger. But don&#039;t forget to make time for Angela, your kettlebells miss you. Give them 30 minutes a day and They&#039;ll give you the world! Was that too much?</description>
