Here’s a link to my vlog about my first two days completing the Isagenix “pre cleanse” before the 9-day cleanse.
For those of you who remember the last time I did this, I just wanted to tell you-- this time it’s a lot different. I’ll expound on that later.
For now, here’s my video capturing a little bit of what it was like those first couple of days, as well as some “before” video pictures in comparison to before I did the cleanse in July 2009!
